Excellent service I have known and used TVCR for over 2 decades, from my first install of DSTV to the most recent when my 1 TV stopped working and took in. I was promptly seen to explained the issue ,TV was checked in front of me, receipt issued, was kept updated on progress of work, within a week was sorted was notified to pick up TV. When I picked up TV was tested in front of me. Great communication, speedy resolution of issues, Ravi is my go-to all my for all my TV/DSTV needs!

We've been dealing witg Ravi now for almost 20 years, whenever any issues come up he is always the first person we call because we can always trust his expertise and honest advice. We had an old Samsung LED tv on which the back lights failed. Ravi diagnosed the problem and tried to help, even though parts for the tv model were no longer available he kept trying to source replacement parts and trying differently solutions for almost a month until it got fixed and charged us a reasonable price. Always extremely reliable and honest and we will never go anywhere else!
